Words of Wisdom from a survivor...
As a survivor, I want others to know that it is possible to go on and have a contented life. While there are many difficulties, the results are ever so worthwhile. I did therapy and the best women's support group. I learned so much from others and being able to speak about my pain and hear their stories made the biggest impact on my new life! We still get together when one of us needs to do a check-in and check out our feelings. So, know inside the fear is a power YOU can let loose! Good luck and be open to the possibilities! Been there, done that- NO MORE !!!
